Erin is a THIRD generation accountant! As President of Business Development, Erin fearlessly pushes the Level crew to act as innovators and leaders in the accounting industry. She continuously works on elevating our services and sustaining a rocking company culture. Her mission is to provide clients with the best experience and value and to provide an enviable work environment for her team. Erin is an avid Cross-Fitter, a health food nut, and regrets not moving to Florida sooner – she’s a big fan of warm weather and beach trips with her kids and husband, Jake, our CEO.

Her drive to help business owners doesn’t stop with her clients – Erin is determined to improve the lives and businesses of accounting firm owners everywhere by creating courses for firm owners and hosting a podcast.

Jake Andrews, E.A.

CEO

Serving as our CEO, Jake’s goal is to flip the accounting industry on its head and change the way accountants, tax preparers and clients view and utilize the accounting space. He works directly with clients providing tax planning, general business consulting and advising, tax planning & preparation. Jake works continuously on our company vision, service lines, and company culture. He enjoys traveling, home renovation projects, and attending his kids’ sporting events or going to the beach.

Jake and Erin have made it their mission to change the accounting firm industry as a whole and are creating educational courses and host a podcast – they help other firm owners offer better services, use top of the line technology and programs and give their clients an unbeatable experience.

Autumn Denning, EA

Accounting & Tax Manager

Meet Autumn, an Accounting and Tax Manager here at Level. Autumn believes in building strong connections with clients to create a seamless experience from start to finish. Her dedication and personable approach make working with her a breeze.

When she’s not at work, Autumn is with her husband and two boys, embracing creativity through crafts, whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, or diving into gaming marathons. 

Melanie Jerome, MBA

Meet Melanie J, one of our senior staff accountants! Melanie ensures your financial health with precision and expertise. Beyond the office, she’s a true crime enthusiast who loves traveling and outdoor adventures. Whether she’s balancing books or exploring new trails, MJ’s dedication and skill set the standard for excellence in our team.

Miranda Pink

Staff Accountant & Onboarding Specialist

As an onboarding specialist, Miranda transitions each new client into a live Level client. As a staff accountant, she is responsible for bookkeeping & payroll for her clients’ businesses.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and gardening. Fun fact – Miranda is an elected official for her town, currently serving on the board of library trustees. Miranda hopes to lead a full team of onboarding specialists for Level in the future (how lucky would we be?!).

Zachary Williams

Staff Accountant

At Level Accounting, Zach is responsible for bookkeeping & payroll. He is dedicated to ensuring financial success for our clients.

Beyond the office walls, Zach’s weekends are filled with adventure, whether he’s exploring Florida’s hidden gems with his wife or battling it out in tournaments. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find him at the movies or casting his line out for a relaxing fishing session.

Jojie Alejandria, CPA, CMA

Staff Accountant

Jojie is a Staff Accountant and a licensed CPA and CMA, bringing expert precision and attention to detail to our team. She’s passionate about helping clients navigate their financial goals with confidence and clarity.

Outside the office, Jojie loves exploring new destinations, with Europe as a favorite and a constant curiosity for discovering new cultures. When she’s not traveling, you’ll find her crocheting unique clothes and bags—a creative outlet that blends skill and relaxation. Jojie’s dedication to her craft, both professionally and personally, makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Melanie Lowell

PROJECT Administrator & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Melanie is our Project Administrator & Onboarding Specialist, ensuring both client and internal operations run smoothly. She works closely with clients and staff to support their needs in any capacity, and with a front-row seat to the day-to-day operations, she’s constantly learning and developing her skills. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and staying ahead of the latest fashion trends.

Megan is the Production Administrator at Level Accounting, managing the administrative side of all accounting and tax matters. Having grown up on the Treasure Coast, she’s proud to serve the community she calls home while expanding her expertise in the accounting industry. Outside of work, Megan enjoys riding her motorcycle, diving into “unsolved mysteries” podcasts and documentaries, and working on personal creative writing projects. With three cats she adores, Megan fully embraces her title of “crazy cat lady” given to her by friends and family

Client Care Coordinator

Krystal is our Client Care Coordinator at Level Accounting. She ensures our clients receive exceptional service and support, acting as a vital link between them and our team. Outside of work, Krystal loves to travel and spend quality time with her friends and family. A fun fact about her is that she enjoys writing and has a passion for cooking and baking.

Justice Bragg

Business Development Specialist

At work, Justice is passionate about helping the team make decisions and connections that propel the business forward. He prioritizes client satisfaction by serving as a medium to facilitate communication to the proper channels making sure every issue is properly addressed.

Outside of work, Justice enjoys exercising by going to the gym and playing pickleball with his friends. He is a self-proclaimed foodie who can’t say no to trying a new restaurant, sometimes even immediately regretting it.

Outside of the office you can find her coaching cheerleading or giving endless belly rubs to her bulldog, Lola. She has a love for travel, always seeking new experiences and adventures!

Kate is a true wordsmith with a flair for marketing, she’s one of the creative forces behind our social media and all things content related. Now, growing up with accountants as parents, you might think Kate was destined for the calculator life, but oh no! She took one look at those spreadsheets and said, “Not for me!” Instead, she’s all about crafting killer content that leaves our audience wanting more!

Kate likes to think she is a world class Cross Fitter, but in reality, she’s a beginner who’s just in love with the sport. She spends her time either at the gym, the beach, or on the boat with her children.

She hopes to grow her marketing skills and create business courses for contractors and accountants and write several books (one day).
